Makry Gialos Carnival 2009
Carnival this year was held on the 1st March.
Thankfully the bad weather cleared away and a good time was had by all.
This year the foreign residents of the area entered a float and some feverish activity led to the production of some hilarious costumes.
The parade went from the top of the hill in Analipsi to Koutsouras Park (5km) and a few stiff drinks were required to aid the recovery of those taking part.
